First...An ensemble from the Tiger Band serenades us while we eat. I couldn't help but get a couple of shots of the young men tailgating across from us. They enjoyed LOTS of shots, if you get my drift!
I'll try to reload the second one again tomorrow...maybe things will be moving along on Blogger a little better.
Finally...a few photographs of our tailgate. Don't the fruit tarts look yummy? You'll recognize some of the girls from Lorelai's birthday extravaganza. OH...Citadel Friends...so sorry that my Tar Heels whooped up on your boys so badly. Mason represented the family in Chapel Hill. Oh shoot...what am I saying...we're not sorry...but you know I love your Dogs as long as they aren't playing one of MY teams.
Looks like you all had a grand time tailgating. My daughters love to wear dresses, as I see Lorelai and her friends do too! The sign of true Southern lady. Those fruit tarts look delicous! I know Legare was glad that Carolina whooped up on the Citadel!

I'm always reading quotes in the paper by hs players who choose to go to clemson because of this running over the hill business.
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a good time!
Just discovered your blog today and it is delightful! Our oldest daughter just started her first year at UNC in Chapel Hill and we enjoyed watching them play the Citadel this weekend. Best wishes for your daughter at Clemson and your son in Chapel Hill!!

ReplyDeleteTailgating looks like a blast. I don't like football, but food, yes, I like food.

How fun! Up until I was 5, we lived on the First Friday Parade route (do they still do that?), and it was my favorite day of the year! So, I have a soft spot in my heart for Clemson football.
ReplyDeleteWhat a blast!
ReplyDeleteFirehubby and I don't do anything that fun.
I was hoping that second video would work...do try again :)
