Legare just got notification that he is the 1L winner of the 2009 Gressman-Pollitt Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy at the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Congrats to him. I think my husband won the "book" award or something like that...looks good on the resume!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Did he make it to Franklin St. last night? Brings back good memories. I use to go up there TO Franklin St. after we won! I thought my DH & I were going to divorce one of the 1st years of our marriage b/c UNC was playing for the National Championship, and he wouldn't go w/ me to Chapel Hill to watch the game! So, being the independent one I am, I went without him! I WAS SOOOOOOOOOOO MAD! Dookies!
