Sitting here paying bills and the phone rang with an unknown number. I decided to answer just for kicks....
Got another telemarketer on the line so I kept repeating,
Where you from? Where you from? Where you from? with a twangy kind of tone over and over until HE hung up on ME!!!

ReplyDeleteI like it! If they are trying to sell you something, wouldn't it behoove them to have a person on the phone that you could understand. I'm really not trying to be xenophobic, but it's harder to understand people on the telephone than in person anyway. Throw in a heavy accent, and it becomes almost impossible. Kat
